StallSpot is a curated platform that helps vendors discover and book stalls at pop-up markets and events, and helps organizers fill their markets. StallSpot acts as a coordination layer between vendors and organizers. By using StallSpot you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & approval

Signing up and browsing events is free. Requesting a stall does not guarantee a booking. Each request is reviewed by the event's organizer (coordinated by the StallSpot team over WhatsApp), and a stall is only confirmed once the organizer approves it and payment is received.

2. Payments

The booking fee (currently ₹99 for our launch events) is payable by UPI once your stall is approved. Payment confirms and locks your stall. StallSpot facilitates the payment; the fee is for securing the stall booking.

3. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel by messaging us on WhatsApp. The booking fee is refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Within 48 hours of the event, the fee is non-refundable, though we will try to move you to another open stall in your category where possible.

4. Vendor conduct

Vendors are responsible for their own products, stall setup, and compliance with the organizer's and venue's rules. StallSpot is not the organizer or venue and is not responsible for the conduct of the market itself.

5. No guarantees on footfall or sales

Any figures shown about an event are estimates provided by organizers. StallSpot does not guarantee footfall, sales, or outcomes at any event.

6. Changes

StallSpot is an early-stage product and these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
